How to ask questions:
　Questions will be accepted along with the registration. Questions will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the date of the meeting.
　We plan to hold two consultation sessions this year (the second session will be held on November 9). （The second session is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
　Questions will be accepted at the second consultation session, but priority will be given to questions that could not be answered at the first consultation session, and if there is time, questions from the second consultation session will be addressed.
